- Combat!: One at a Time (1966) [Sims]: Fatally shot by Jan Merlin as he was going to get Larry Kert and Robert Yuro to rejoin the rest of the squad.
- The Invaders: Wall of Crystal (1967) [Bill]: Suffocates, along with his wife (Peggy Lipton) when alien crystals destroy all the oxygen in the immediate vicinity as they dissolve, after the crystals are strewn all over the road during a car accident.
- Star Trek: Arena (1967) [O'Herlihy]: Disintegrated by the alien Gorn while alerting William Shatner of their presence.
- Star Trek: Obsession (1967) [Ensign Rizzo]: Fatally injured when he is attacked by the vampiric cloud after it kills two other crewmen, he later dies (off-screen) in sickbay.
