- Operation Crossbow (The Great Spy Mission) (1965) [Capt. Phil Bradley]: Shot by Anthony Quayle, as Anthony holds him hostage ordering George Peppard to come out of the control room and George refuses.
- A Twist of Sand (1968) [Harry Riker]: Stabbed in the chest by Peter Vaughan whom Jeremy had just shot in the upper chest. (Thanks to Brian)
- The Blockhouse (1973) [Grabinski]: Accidentally killed after an argument with Nicholas Jones, who throws a full bottle of liquor at him which strikes him on the head. (Thanks to Brian)

- King Lear (1983) [Cornwall]: Killed in a swordfight by his own servant (Benny Young), who was disgusted by Jeremy's sadistic mutilation of Leo McKern.
- The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes: The Speckled Band (1984) [Dr. Grimsby Roylott]: Bitten by his own pet snake after Jeremy Brett strikes the snake repeatedly from the neighboring room.
