- Hollyoaks (4th January 1999) [Kurt Benson]: Said to have died off-screen in a jet ski accident. The character later returns in 2013 as a vision for Nick Pickard from the afterlife. However in 2020, the death was retconned and Jeremy returned to the show, alive having faked his death in 1999.
