- The Mangler (1995) [Pictureman/Mortician]: Playing dual roles, 'Pictureman' dies of cancer on a stretcher with Ted Levine by his side. 'Mortician' survives the film.
- Doomsday (2008) [Richter]: Shot in the chest by Rhona Mitra during a shoot-out on Jeremy's boat.
- Death Race: Inferno (2013) [Razor]: Burned to death by Bart Fouche after disabling his car.
Television Deaths[]
- Tales of Mystery and Imagination: The Fall of the House of Usher (1995) [Roderick Usher]: Killed when the house collapses around him while he's struggling with his sister.
- Supernova (2005) [Dr. Joseph Chenislav] Falls to his death, after jumping to another building and losing his grip on the ledge, while Tia Carrere tries to help him and watches in horror. (Believing that Tia and the few others were kidnapping him instead just taking them to a secret base).
- The Saint of Last resorts: Part Two (2015) [Stanley Gibson]: Devoured by Werner Daehn, then later took on his appearance to order to assassinated Matt Ryan.
- Hannibal: Antipasto (2015) [Roman Fell]: Killed (off-screen) and eaten by Mads Mikkelsen.
- Gotham: The Executioner (2016) [Anton]: Shot in the eye off-screen with a bolt arrow. His body is later shown.
- Primal: The Primal Theory (2022; animated) [Lord Darlington/Bertie]: Providing the voice of two British scientists, “Bertie” has his throat torn out by the Madman (Fred Tatasciore). “Lord Darlington” survives the episode.
