The Tragedy of Othello, the Moor of Venice (1981) [Desdemona]: Strangled by William Marshall in her bedroom; she dies shortly after saying her last words to Leslie Paxton after Leslie comes in.
Dark Tower (1989) [Carolyn Page]: Suffocated when the living/haunted building seals her inside a wall. (Thanks to Badger)
Child's Play 2 (1990) [Joanne Simpson]: Garroted (off-screen) with an electrical cord by Chucky (voice of Brad Dourif); her body is shown afterwards when Christine Elise discovers her. (Thanks to Shirley)

The Twilight Zone: The Last Defender of Camelot (1986) [Morgan le Fay]: Fatally injured during a magical battle with Norman Lloyd; she dies while talking to Richard Kiley.
Shakespeare: The Animated Tales: The Winter's Tale (1994) [Hermione]: Dies from stress after learning of her son's (Hywel Nelson) death. She is later brought back to life through Sally Dexter's magic. (The story makes it ambiguous towards whether she truly died, but I'll list it just in case.)
Marple: 4:50 from Paddington (2004) [Agnes Crackenthorpe]: Dies of an unspecified illness, with her son by her bedside. (Thanks to Hamish)
