I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998) [Julie James]: Killed (off-screen) by Muse Watson's ghost, after he drags her under the bed. (The movie ends just after she's pulled under; the 2006 sequel I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer confirms that Muse is now a ghost and that Jennifer was killed.) (Thanks to Simon, Thomas, Karen and Zack)

If Only (2004) [Samantha Andrews]: Fatally injured when her taxi is hit by another car; she dies on the operating table shortly afterwards while Paul Nicholls looks on helplessly through the emergency-room door. Paul wakes up in the morning to discover that the day has started over again; her death is prevented when Paul gets in the cab with her and takes most of the impact of the crash.
