(The movie ends just after she's pulled under; the 2006 sequel I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer confirms that Muse is now a ghost and that Jennifer was killed.) - If Only (2004) [Samantha Andrews]: Fatally injured when her taxi is hit by another car; she dies on the operating table shortly afterwards while Paul Nicholls looks on helplessly through the emergency-room door.
