- Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox (2013) [Billy Baston/Iris West]: Playing dual roles, Billy Batson is impaled by Vanessa Marshal, but revived when the timeline was restored. Iris West survives the movie.
- Wolves (2014) [Janice Richards]: Dismembered off-screen by John Pyper-Ferguson when the latter is a werewolf. When Lucas Till regains consciousness in his living room, he discovers Jennifer's corpse right beside Stephen Sparks in their bedroom.
- The Death of Superman (2018; animated) [Martha Kent/Dr.Klyburn/Camper]: Playing multiple roles, "Camper" is killed offscreen by Doomsday. Martha Kent and Dr. Klyburn survive the film.
- Justice League Dark: Apokolips War (2020; animated) [Iris West]: Although, she doesn't appear, she was mentioned by Flash (Christopher Gorham) to be among those killed during the Invasion.
- Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths - Part Two (2024; animated) [Queen Hippolyta]: Disintegrated by a wave of anti-matter as she walks towards it.
Television Deaths[]
- The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest: The Ballad of Belle Bonnet (1996; animated) [Kate]: Voicing a character from the past, died before the time of episode, as she only appears in flashbacks.
- The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest: Digital Doublecross (1997; animated) [Jessie Bannon/Evil Jessie]: Voicing 2 versions of the character, "Evil Jessie" is destroyed by the real Jessie.
- Spider-Man: The Animated Series: The Return of Hydro-Man part 2 (1997; animated) [Mary Jane Watson Clone]: Evaporated along with Rob Paulsen after revealing to be clones created by Jonathan Harris, she dies while talking to Christopher Daniel Barnes.
- Samurai Jack: Episode XV (2002; animated) [Mother]: Tore herself along with her family and eat each other.
- Justice League: Legends (2002) [Black Siren/Donna Nance]: Killed in a nuclear war she and her Justice Guild of America allies were trying to stop. This is confirmed because Green Lantern (voiced by Phil LaMarr) knew the comic was cancelled since her death date was its final edition. Her illusion is utilized by Ray Thompson (voiced by Neil Patrick Harris) and it fades away after defeating Ray, thus undoing the illusion.
- Samurai Jack: Episode XLVI: The Scotsman saves Jack (2003; animated) [Siren #1]: Decapitated along with Tara Strong and Janine LaManna by Phil LaMarr when he regains his memory.
- What's New Scooby-Doo: High-Tech House of Horrors (2003; animated) [Shari/Allison]: Voicing an A.I. Program, "Shari" overloads when everyone ignores. "Allison" lives!
- Avatar: The Last Airbender: Avatar Day (2006; animated) [Avatar Kyoshi]: Dies off-screen before the series begins.
- Marvel Anime: X-Men (2011; animated) [Jean Grey]: Died prior to the start of the series, as she sacrifice herself to save the world when she was being controlled by the Phoenix Force and Mastermind.
- Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes: Ultron Unlimited (2012; animated) [Ms. Marvel]: Playing both the real Ms. Marvel and her synthezoid duplicate, the duplicate is destroyed by Hawkeye (Chris Cox); the real Ms. Marvel survives the episode.
- Green Lantern: The Animated Series: Love is a Battlefield (2013; animated) [Princess Ghia'ta, Carol Ferris]: Playing dual roles, Princess Ghia'ta is killed by Jonathan Adams when she takes the shot meant for Josh Keaton. Her Aunt: Queen Aga'po (Grey Griffin later tells Hal, Kilowog (Kevin Michael Richardson), Carol, and Razer (Jason Spisak) that she die protecting the true meaning of love. Carol Ferris survives the episode. (Note: If the show had gotten a second season, Ghia'ta would've return as a Black Lantern.)
- Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: Knights in Black Helmets (2017; animated) [Mantis]: Turns to stone and crumbles into dust when she put on the wrong centurion helmet.
- Star Wars: Rebels: In the Name of the Rebellion (2017; animated) [DT-F16/Prisoner#2]: Playing dual roles, DT-F16 is killed when the Kyber Crystal blew up. Prisoner#2 survives!
- Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Shattered (2020; animated) [Aayla Secura]: Killed offscreen by clones of Dee Bradley Baker. [Note: This is set during Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005), see also Amy Allen for who plays her in the film.) [Note: Jennifer reprises her role in Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019) as a force ghost.]
- X-Men '97: Remember It (2024) [Jean Grey/Madelyne Pryor]: Playing a dual role, Madelyne Pryor was killed by a laser blast from Master Mold after her son Cable (Chris Potter) failed to save her due to being sent back to the future. Jean Grey survives the episode.
Video Game Deaths[]
- Quest for Glory IV: Shadows of Darkness (1994) [Katrina]: Dragged into Avoozl's prison after Jeff Bennett tricks her into sacrificing herself to protect the Hero. Whether she was alive but imprisoned, or dead is never explicit in this game, however her death is confirmed when the Hero encounters her spirit in the Underworld in Quest for Glory V: Dragon Fire.
- Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (2001)[Emma Emmerich]: Stabbed in the stomach by Phil LaMarr. She dies later on from blood loss with Christopher Randolph by her side.
- Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (2003) [Bastila Shan]: If the player has been affiliated with the Jedi throughout the endgame, Jennifer is a boss during the climactic end-game battle before facing Rafael Ferrer. Depending on the player's choice, Jennifer can be executed or redeemed.
- Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain (2004) [Mara Aramov/Maggie Powers]: Playing dual roles, Mara Aramov is implied to be killed off-screen by Paul Eiding's sniper rifle, a scene which is later playable in Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror. Maggie survives the game.
- Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror (2006) [Mara Aramov]: Shot in the head by Paul Eiding in a playable mission as depicted in Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain.
- The Da Vinci Code (2006) [Sophie Neveu/Sister Sandrine/Sister Margarite]: Sister Sandrine is hit in the head with a candlestick by Andreas A. Esparza when she refused to tell him where the keystone is. Sophie Neveu and Sister Margarite survive the game.
- Mass Effect (2007) [Commander Shepard - Female/May O'Connell/Destiny Ascension Navigator]: "May" can be shot to death by "Shepard", if the player chooses not disable the colonists non-lethally; "the Navigator" can die aboard the Destiny Ascension if the player chooses not to save the council; "Shepard" survives the game.
- Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (2008) [Dr. Naomi Hunter]: Commits suicide by injecting herself with a drug that suppresses her regenerative nanomachines in order to succumb to cancer.
- Brütal Legend (2009) [Drowned Ophelia]: Has her heart torn out by Tim Curry.
- Mass Effect 2 (2010) [Commander Shepard - Female]: Asphyxiates when her space-suit springs a leak, shortly after rescuing Seth Green from the wreckage of the Normandy; however, she is resurrected two years later on Martin Sheen's orders. Late in the game, Jennifer can fall to her death at the end of the Suicide Mission, provided that none of her squad-members have survived to help her into the Normandy SR2's airlock.
- God of War: Ghost of Sparta (2010) [Erinys]: Impaled through the back by Terrence 'T.C.' Carson after a boss fight. (Role shared with Erin Torpey.)
- Mass Effect 3 (2012) [Commander Shepard - Female]: Can die in four of the game's endings - (Destroy) is killed in the aftermath of the Reapers' destruction unless the player has enough War Assets; (Synthesis) is disintegrated when she throws herself into the Catalyst in order to add her essence to it, transforming all lifeforms in the galaxy; (Refusal) is killed along with the rest of the galaxy by the Reapers; (Control) is disintegrated while using the Crucible to reprogram the Reapers - though in the case of this last ending, Jennifer lives on as the artificial intelligence that now controls the Reapers.
- Diablo III (2012) [Leah]: Is betrayed by Alyson Reed and used as a vessel to resurrect the title character.
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 (2012) [Anderson]: During the mission "Cordis Die," Jennifer gets wounded by stray gunfire while providing air support for the player. During the final stage of the level, the player commandeers Jennifer's jet fighter, and Jennifer could die from her wound if the ambulance she is riding in takes too much gunfire.
- God of War: Ascension (2013) [Alecto]: Stabbed through the chest by Terrence 'T.C.' Carson after a boss fight. (Mythologically inaccurate; Alecto was immortal and, therefore, couldn't die.)
- BioShock Infinite (2013) [Rosalind Lutece]: Killed prior to the events of the game along with Oliver Vaquer when Bill Lobley sabotages one of their inventions on Kiff VandenHeuvel's orders. However, both she and Oliver live on as quantum "ghosts" scattered across the possibility-space due to the extraordinary nature of the accident.
- Mass Effect 3: Citadel (2013) [Commander Shepard - Female/ Shepard Clone - female]: Playing both her usual role and a clone of the main character, the latter falls to her death following a struggle with the real Commander Shepard on the Normandy's cargo ramp. Depending on the player's choices, the clone is either forced to let go of the ramp when the real Shepard stops her hands loose, or commits suicide by letting go after realizing Siobhan Hewlett has abandoned her. The real Shepard survives the DLC unharmed.
- The Elder Scrolls Online (2014) [Lyris Titanborn]: Can be chosen as a sacrifice to empower the Amulet of Kings during the final mission. Will survive if Kevin Michael Richardson or Michael Gambon is chosen instead, and will appear alive in the Greymoor expansion even if she was sacrificed.
- Batman: Arkham Knight (2015) [Nyssa Raatko]: In the event that the player decides to save Dee Bradley Baker's life, Jennifer will be fatally slashed across the stomach by Dee Bradley; she dies shortly afterwards while talking to Kevin Conroy. However, if the player decides to destroy the Lazarus machinery and let Dee Bradley die, Jennifer survives the game.
- Mortal Kombat 11 (2019) and Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath (2020) [Kronika]: In the original game, Jennifer is burned to glass and then shattered by Matthew Yang King. In the Aftermath DLC, Jennifer is disintegrated and absorbed by Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa.
