- I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998) [Nancy]: Impaled when Bill Cobbs falls on top of her with a spear sticking through her body, after which Muse Watson pushes down on the spear to stab her as well. (Thanks to Germboygel, Thomas, TJ, Felice, and Matt)
- Dracula 2000 (2000) [Solina]: Bitten on the throat by Gerard Butler; she later comes back to life as a vampire, and dies once again when she's decapitated with garden shears by Jonny Lee Miller. (Thanks to MainMan, Scott, and David)

- Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: Remorse (2000) [Sara Logan]: Killed in an explosion (off-screen) when she opens a booby-trapped package; we learn of her death afterwards when Richard Belzer hears the news. (Thanks to PortsGuy)
