I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998) [Nancy]: Accidentally impaled when Bill Cobbs falls on top of her with a spear sticking through his body, after which Muse Watson pushes down on the spear to stab her as well. (Thanks to Germboygel, Thomas, TJ, Felice, and Matt)

Dracula 2000 (2000) [Solina]: Bitten on the throat by Gerard Butler; she later comes back to life as a vampire, and dies once again when she's decapitated with garden shears by Jonny Lee Miller (causing her to fall back through a glass window). (Thanks to MainMan, Scott, and David)
Don't Say a Word (2001) [Sandra Cassidy]: Shot repeatedly in the side by Sean Bean as Jennifer shoots/kills Paul Schulze. She's last seen being loaded into the ambulance at the end. (It's Not clear whether or not her wounds were fatal, but I'll be listed in case).

American Crude (2008) [Carlos]: Hit by a car driven by Michael Clarke Duncan after he betrays her. She dies after shooting him in return (with him falling on her so she can't escape).

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: Remorse (2000) [Sarah Logan]: Killed in an explosion (off-screen) when she opens a booby-trapped package; we learn of her death afterwards when Richard Belzer hears the news. (Thanks to PortsGuy)
