- Rapid Fire (1992) [Agent Anderson]: Impaled in the stomach with a meat skewer by Brandon Lee
- Cliffhanger (1993) [Pilot]: Shot in the head with a silence handgun by Kim Robillard, while he's distracted after seeing Rex Linn shoot dead Bruce McGill and Billy D. Lucas. His body is later seen when Kim and Rex activate a time bomb concealed in the cockpit during their escape.
Television Deaths[]
- Star Trek: Voyager: Caretaker (1995) [Chief Medical Officer]: Killed when a console in sickbay exploded in front of him while the USS Voyager was transported into the Delta Quadrant by the Caretaker. Robert Duncan McNeill confirmed his death controlling his vital signs.
