- Nutri Ventures [Theo, Alternate Ending: Episode 56 - End this Space to Earth]: Theo runs the Crato saucer disc crashes inside the portal and chopped down the roof and blown up the Grandcorp building and sputtered flames onto Theo gets accidentally burns an ladder and drags down and presumed exploded and the rubble, destroying the city and killing the main characters, rather than surviving by a flashing light from the original version.
- American Dad: Holy Shit, Jeff's Back! (2015) [Jeff Fischer/Zebleer]: In a dual role as Jeff and an alien doppelganger named Zebleer; Jeff is dissected off-screen by Zebleer's alien species when they capture his ship and Zebleer dies off-screen after agreeing to have Jeff's brain implanted into his alien body so that Hayley (voiced by Rachael MacFarlane) can be reunited with Jeff again as a thank you to Stan (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) for sharing froyo with him.
- American Dad: Roger's Baby (2016) [Jeff Fischer]: Dies after having his brain extracted by Roger (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) so that Roger can initiate an alien birthing process to give birth to Jeff as a full-blooded human which he does later in the episode.
