- Perry Mason: The Case of the Telltale Tap (1965) [Vera Wynne]: Bludgeoned to death (off-screen) with a telephone receiver by Roland Winters; we learn of her death afterwards when Linden Chiles informs Raymond Burr. (Thanks to Dignan)
- Star Trek: The Man Trap (1966) [Nancy Crater]: Playing a shape-changing alien in human form, she is shot in the back with a phaser by DeForest Kelley after she assumes her true appearance (played by Sandra Lee Gimpel) to attack William Shatner. She then resumes her human disguise, and is shot once more in the chest by DeForest as she approaches him; she finally reverts to her alien form again after she dies. (The original "Nancy Crater" was killed off-screen when the alien drained the salt from her body, a year or two before the episode begins.)
