- MacGyver: The Gun (1990) [Zamora]: Crushed to death, along with Jerry Wasserman, when dozens of crates of guns fall on top of them while they're standing on the deck of Jay's ship, after Richard Dean Anderson blows open the container that the crates are in, in order to free himself, Charles Payne, and Julie Downing.
- Trucks (1997) [Jack]: Killed when a sentient driverless '73 Ford F-700 cherry-picker/bucket truck rams the phonebooth he is in seconds after he pushes Amy Stewart out of it's way.
