- The Outer Limits: The Architects of Fear (1963) [Allen Leighton as Thetan]: Playing Robert Culp's character surgically transformed into an alien,he is shot by one of Billy Green Bush's hunting party; he dies after making his way back to Geraldine Brooks in his laboratory (due to the dual nature of this role, I'm including it for both Janos and Robert).
- The Outer Limits: The Probe (1965) [The Mikie]: Playing an alien microbe, "it" is killed in an explosion when the aliens destroy the probe as Peggy Ann Garner, Ron Hayes, and Peter Mark Richman look on.
- Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea: Fatal Cargo (1967) [Gorilla]: Electrocuted while mauling Woodrow Parfrey (who is also killed) in the ship's circuitry room.
- Star Trek: A Private Little War (1968) [Mugato]: Playing two ape-like creatures, one is disintegrated with a phaser by DeForest Kelley after "it" attacks William Shatner; the other one is later disintegrated with a phaser by William.
