Borderlands (2024) [Knoxx]: Vaporised by Edgar Ramírez using a sentry gun against her when she turns on him and defends Kevin Hart.

Dollhouse: Epitaph One (2009) [Lyn]: Bludgeoned to death with a flashlight by Adair Tishler.
True Blood: Who Are You, Really? (2013) [Luna Garza]: Dies due her changing her form one time to many. She dies with Sam Trammell by her side. Her death is later confirmed when security guards kick her corpse and proclaim her dead.
The Vampire Diaries: Death and the Maiden (2013) [Qetsiyah]: Dies of blood loss after stabbing glass shards into her wrists; she dies in Nina Dobrev's arms.
The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window (2022) [Meredith Coleman]: Drowns prior to the series' events, when she falls off the end of the dock after it was sabotaged by her daughter (Samsara Yett). (The character is pregnant at the time.) Her death is shown in an imagined flashback in Episode 4 when Kristen Bell imagines that Tom Riley pushed Janina off the dock, and once again in Episode 8 showing the truth when Samsara is revealed as Janina's killer.

Far Cry 4 (2014) [Amita]: Can be executed by James A. Woods on Naveen Andrews's orders as part of the main story if James decides to side with Naveen. If the player chooses to side with Janina, she can later be optionally killed by James after removing Troy Baker from power.
Star Wars Battlefront II: Resurrection (2017) [Iden Versio]: Shot in the waist with a laser by Paul Blackthorne whom she kills in turn. She dies shortly afterwards while talking to her daughter (Brittany Volcy).
