Cat Run (2011) [Helen Bingham]: Presumably killed in an explosion (along with Christopher McDonald and Michael Sopko) after Janet gets into Christopher's limousine carrying his time bomb. (The on-screen text at the end of the movie states she is rumored to have escaped the blast, but it leaves it ambiguous whether she actually did.)
The Menu (2022) [Lillian Bloom]: Burns to death along with the rest of the customers and kitchen staff after Ralph Fiennes sets fire to the restaurant that they're all trapped in.

Psychoville: Jelly (2009) [Cheryl]: Electrocuted to death by Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton.
The White Queen: Love and Marriage; Love and Death (2013) [Lady Jacquetta of Luxembourg]: Dies of natural causes with her daughter Rebecca Ferguson by her side.
Jessica Jones: AKA Playland (2018) [Alisa Jones]: Shot in the head by Rachael Taylor as Janet is talking to her daugter (Krysten Ritter) on a ferris wheel. Krysten then stays by Janet's body with the gun, to make it appear that she killed her own mother, in order to protect Rachel.
Ozark: All In (2020) [Helen Pierce]: Shot in the head by one of Felix Solis' men (Nelson Bonilla) while Jason Bateman and Laura Linney are splattered with blood and look on in shock.
