- The Killer Reserved Nine Seats (L'Assassino ha riservato nove poltrone) (1974) [Kim]: Stabbed in the back by Chris Avram while performing the death scene from Romeo & Juliet on stage; her friends don't realize she's not just acting until Howard Ross goes up to check on her. (Thanks to Johan)
- The Perfect Crime (Indagine su un delitto perfetto) (1978) [Lady Gloria Boyd]: Either strangled/choked to death or dies when she's shot in the temple by the killer (either Gloria Guida or Leonard Mann), who in between places the gun in Janet's hand and uses it to shoot Adolfo Celi, simulating a murder/suicide. (While Gloria is acting as Leonard's accomplice in the murders, it's unclear which of the two actually carried out these killings.) (Thanks to Alessio and Andrea)
- The Uranium Conspiracy (Agenten kennen keine Tranen) (1978) [Helga]: Shot in the head. (Thanks to Miguel)
- City of the Living Dead (Paura nella citta dei morti viventi; The Gates of Hell) (1980) [Sandra]: Scalp ripped off by the zombie Antonella Interlenghi. She later returns as a zombie herself, and dies once again when Carlo De Mejo stabs her in the stomach with an iron spike.

- The Rat Man (Quella villa in fondo al parco) (1988) [Terry]: Possibly killed (off-screen) by the mutant rat-man after it sneaks onto the airplane with her; the movie ends with her screaming over a shot of the plane in flight. (Thanks to Alessio)
