- Star Trek (2009) [Amanda Grayson]: While the film was made three years after her real-life death, her older self (as she appeared in the original Star Trek episode Journey to Babel and the 1986 film Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home) ceases to exist when the younger self (played by Winona Ryder) falls to her death when the cliff beneath her collapses. (It's not known if this'll count as a "death" but I'll list it in case.)
