- In the Cool of the Day (1963) [Christine Bonner]: Dies (off-screen) of pneumonia; she is shown on her deathbed in the hospital, talking to Peter Finch.
- Spirits of the Dead (Tre passi nel delirio; Tales of Mystery and Imagination) (1968) [Contessa Frederique Metzengerstein]: Burned to death when she suicidally rides her horse into a blazing forest fire. We see her surrounded by flames as the story ends.
- They Shoot Horses, Don't They? (1969) [Gloria Beatty]: Shot in the head (at her own request) by Michael Sarrazin outside the dance-hall. As she falls, we see her imagining herself dying in a grassy field, then the movie cuts back to reality as she dies.
Television Deaths[]
- Elena of Avalor: Song of the Sirenas (2018; animated) [Shuriki]: Destroyed (offscreen) by Princess Elena (Aimee Carrero).
- Grace and Frankie : The Beginning (2022) [Grace Hanson]: Accidentally electrocuted after spilling her drink on Lily Tomlin's microphone. Once in the afterlife, she is sent back to Earth by Dolly Parton. She survives the end of the series.
