Jamie Foxx (1967 - )

Film Deaths[]

  • Shade (2003) [Larry Jennings]: Shot in the head by B-Real in the back of a car under the cover of jet noise.
  • Ray (2004) [Ray Charles]: Dies (off-screen) of liver failure. His death is mentioned in the on-screen text at the end of the movie. (The real-life Ray Charles died after the film had completed shooting; the text was added during the editing/post-production stage.)
  • Stealth (2005) [Lt. Henry Purcell]: Killed in a plane crash/explosion when he intentionally collides with the the computer-controlled plane, sacrificing himself to save Josh Keaton and Jessica Biel, as they watch on helplessly.
  • The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) [Max Dillon/Electro]: Electrocuted when he tries to connect a large wire, he is then further electrocuted when he falls (with the wire) into a tank of electric eels that electrocute him further. He later revived/resurrected by the electricity within him in the coroner's room (the sheet fully covering him suggests a 'death'). Later in 'Electro' form he is vaporized and explodes during a fight with Andrew Garfield, after Emma Stone overloads Jamie's electricity supply (He later appears again in the film Spider Man: No Way Home as an alternate universe version of the same character).
  • Baby Driver (2017) [Leon "Bats" Jefferson lll]: Impaled on construction equipment when Ansel Elgort deliberately drives into the back of a parked truck as Jamie points a shotgun at him.
  • Just Mercy (2019) [Walter McMillian]: Dies from dementia years after the film, as confirmed in the epilogue messages.
  • Project Power (2020) [Art]: Briefly dies after overusing his power, he is revived by Kyanna Simpson.
  • Soul (2020; animated) [Joe Gardner]: Falls into a manhole and woke up as a soul. He later returns to life in a cat and later himself.
