Elizabeth (1998) [Earl of Sussex]: Decapitated by an executioner off-screen, on the orders of Cate Blanchett for helping to conspire against her and overthrow her, after having previously been arrested by Geoffrey Rush's men whilst using a toilet. His severed head is shown on a pike later on, along with the severed heads of Christopher Eccleston and Edward Hardwicke.
Gangster No. 1 (2000) [Lenny Taylor]: Dies when Paul Bettany rams his head through a pane of glass fronting a drinks cabinet, after shooting and torturing him with a variety of implements.
Layer Cake (2004) [Duke]: Shot in the chest by Colm Meaney's bodyguard, just after the bodyguard shoots Sally Hawkins.
Oliver Twist (2005) [Bill Sykes]: Accidentally hanged when the rope gets tangled around his neck after he tries to escape by swinging across the courtyard.
Botched (2007) [Peter]: Slashed/stabbed to death in the chest/torso with a sword by Zak Maguire (having been shot repeatedly in the stomach by Bronagh Gallagher) while he’s struggling with Zak.
Inkheart (2008) [Basta]: Destroyed along with all his cohorts by the shadow monster when Eliza Bennett rewrites the story and reads it aloud.
Ironclad (2011) [Jedediah Coteral]: Stabbed to death by countless attackers while he continues to defend the castle as a last stand.

Dempsey and Makepeace: No Surrender (1985) [Ramsey]: Shot by Michael Brandon on the bus taking him, as well as Tony London, and Phil Smeeton to the airport, along with their hostages.
Eastenders: Episode 4554-4555 (2012) [Derek Branning]: Dies of a heart attack in the street, as David Witts, Jake Wood, Scott Maslen and Jessie Wallace watch on.
