Farm House (2008) [Scarlet]: Killed in an automobile accident (along with William Lee Scott) when William crashes his van into a ditch after falling asleep at the wheel. She and William appear in hell for the remainder of the film (with the initial implication that they survived the crash) and their bodies are shown when they learn the truth from Steven Weber and Kelly Hu.

The Shield: Homewrecker (2003) [Connie Reisler]: Shot in the side of her lower chest by her baby-daddy (Matthew Glave) in her hotel room, during his stand-off with Michael Chiklis.
Preacher: Call and Response (2016) [Betsy Schenck]: Presumably killed along with everyone else in Annville when the local methane plant overloads and ignites, destroying the entire town.
