- Matt Houston: The High Fashion Murders (1984) [Fletcher/Jason Haywood]: Playing a dual-role as twin brothers, "Fletcher" is shot by "Jason". (Jason survives the episode.)
- Diagnosis: Murder: Open and Shut (1997) [Judge David McReynolds]: Shot in the back of the head by his father (Robert Stack) with Carol Huston's revolver. His body is found in his house by Barry Van Dyke.
- The Orville: Shadow Realms (2022) [Admiral Paul Christie]: Infected by an alien virus, which causes James to be transformed (off-screen) into a arachnid type monster. Although the monster does survive the episode, it is also noted by Penny Johnson Jerald that everything which was human about James had been lost in the transformation, making it a death.
