- The One (2001) [Officer Bobby Aldrich/'A' world Inmate #1]: Playing a dual role as parallel universe counterparts, "Aldrich" is shot to death by the evil Jet Li while trying to save Carla Gugino. ("'A' World Inmate" survives the other universe).

- Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction: The Portrait (1998) [William Corzine]: Suffered a fatal heart attack after painting his own portrait, thus triggering his ability to kill anyone whose portrait he painted.
- 24: Day 7: 8:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. (2009) [Bill Buchanan]: Killed in an explosion when he sacrifices himself to save Cherry Jones by shooting at gas canisters.
