James Karen (1923 - 2018)

The Return of the Living Dead (1985) [Frank]: Poisoned by exposure to the Trioxin gas and turned into a zombie; he puts himself in the incinerator to prevent becoming a zombie.
Return of the Living Dead Part II (1988) [Ed]: Playing a different character, he too is poisoned by exposure to the Trioxin gas and turned into a zombie;

The Nightmare Room: School Spirit (2001) [Tobias Langley]: He died long before the events of the episode, he appears as a spirit throughout the episode wanting revenge on Keiko Seiko, Michael Galeota, George Gore II, Jeffrey Licon, and Madeline Zima for their mistakes against him. He disappears after Keiko put his trophy back in the display case.
