- Bride of Chucky (1998) [Russ]: Slashed to death (along with Janet Kidder) by shards of falling glass when the Tiffany doll (Jennifer Tilly) throws a champagne bottle at the ceiling mirror in their hotel room. Their bodies are shown again the next morning when Kathy Najimy discovers them.
