- Airplane II: The Sequel (1982) [First Officer Dunn]: Sucked out into space, along with Kent McCord, when the ROK computer opens the shuttle door. Their bodies are seen (though appearing to dance) as Robert Hays looks out the window and sees them. (Played for comic effect)
