• Torque (2004) [China]: Thrown from her motorcycle during a fight with Monet Mazur, landing on the top of an oncoming car. (Thanks to Gary and Germboygel)

• Cruel World (2005) [Catherine Anderson]: Throat slit from behind by Edward Furlong in a swimming pool while trying to save Sam Page. (Thanks to Spiesonice)

• Death to the Supermodels (2005) [Tiffany]: Shot in the chest by Diane Delano by the side of a pool.

• A Haunted House 2 (2014) [Megan]: Neck snapped by Essence Atkins as Marlon Wayans watches in horror. Her body is shown again when Affion Crockett and his gang discover her.

TV Deaths

• Best Actress (2000 TV) [Karen Kroll]: Shot in the stomach by Jordan Ladd at the Academy Awards ceremony. (Thanks to Dick Hertz)

• The Twilight Zone: Sensuous Cindy (2002) [Sensuous Cindy]: Playing a virtual-reality creation, she is destroyed by a computer virus after she kisses Greg Germann; we learn that other copies of the program still exist when Tiffany Lyndall-Knight interacts with her own copy. (Thanks to Andrew)

• My Name Is Earl: Creative Writing (2007) [Joy Turner]: Neck snapped by Ethan Suplee in his "superhero" fantasy story. She survives the episode in reality. (Played for comic effect.) (Thanks to Shane and Disciplesoffufkin)

Video Game Deaths

• Saints Row 2 (2008) [Jessica]: Crushed to death when Michael Dorn inadvertently runs over a car Jaime is trapped inside with a monster truck, not knowing that the player character placed Jaime inside the trunk of the car.
