Film Deaths:
- Nightmare at the End of the Hall (2008) [Laurel/Jane]: Playing a dual role, "Jane" is killed by Duncan Regehr (though I don't know the details). (I haven't seen the movie, but I assume that "Laurel" survives.)
- Final Destination 5 (2011) [Olivia Castle]: Accidendally falls to her death through the window of the doctor's office, when she stumbles on the detached eye of a teddy bear after being partially blinded by a surgical laser. (Additionally, in Nicholas D'Agosto's earlier vision of the bridge collapse, she is crushed to death when a car falls on her after she falls into the water.)
