- Trophy Heads (2014) [Herself]: Stabbed in the back by Maria Olsen and then decapitated by Adam Noble Roberts. Adam then mounts Jacqueline's severed head on a plaque, which he displays on his wall.
Television Deaths[]
- CSI: NY: Water for Murder (2008) [Louise Perry]: Dies (off-screen) of carbon monoxide poisoning after Ryan Locke traps her in the back seat of his taxi and pumps in exhaust. Her body is shown afterwards lying on the beach as the CSIs investigate and again in the morgue.
