- Crash and Burn (1990) [Winston Wickett]: Electrocuted when the android Bill Moseley smashes Jack's head into an overhead light, on top of Bill having torn off Jack's arm. His body is shown again afterwards when the others discover him.
- Do You Wanna Know a Secret? (2001) [Police Chief Gavi]: Throat slit (off-screen) by Chad Allen in the police station restroom; we only see Jack being grabbed from behind and pulled behind the doorway.
- The International (2009) [Detective Bernie Ward]: Shot to death by Brian F. O'Byrne.
