- Wreck-It Ralph (2012; animated) [Fix-it Felix Jr.]: Crushed to death by John C. Reilly after John accidentally breaks part of a ceiling. Luckily, he regenerates as he's in his own video game.
- Star Trek: Lower Decks: Terminal Provocations (2020; animated) [Badgey]: Neck snapped by Eugene Cordero in a fight on the holodeck after the safeties have failed (played for laughs; Badgey is an anthropomorphic comm badge and thus has no neck). As he is a holodeck character, Cordero subsequently resurrects him as "Badgey 2.0."
- Star Trek: Lower Decks: No Small Parts (2020; animated) [Badgey 2.0]: Turns himself into a computer virus, which Eugene Cordero downloads onto the Pakled ship attacking Cerritos. The virus is destroyed when the Pakled ship explodes as a result of the infaction (played for laughs; Badgey visibly orgasms to indicate the virus has "gone off.")
- Star Trek: Lower Decks: A Few Badgeys More (2023; animated) [Badgey / Logic-y]:
- Unfrosted (2024) [Steve Schwinn] Blown up when testing out the first pop tart when his oxygen tube goes into the toaster.
