Stigmata (1999) [Father Paulo Alameida]: He died before the movie begins. An alternate opening where Father Almeida commits suicide by jumping off of the roof of his church. In the final cut, there is no indication as to how he died.

Mission: Impossible: The Bunker: Part 1 (1969) [Capt. Praedo]: Stabbed in the chest by Ray Baxter wearing a mask of Jack, he is later seen in the next episode while Ray is in his "Jack" disguise.
Mission: Impossible: The Falcon: Part 3 (1970) [Buccaro]: Shot in the back by John Vernon.
Mannix: A Button for General D. (1971) [Norton]: Killed in a car crash while chasing Mike Connors.
Mission: Impossible: Committed (1972) [John Dawson]: Shot to death by Geoffrey Lewis.
Baywatch: Liquid Assets (1996) [Max Murat]: Collapse and dies of a heart attack (off-screen) Pamela Anderson finds out what happened. Michael Newman says it looks like a full arrest. She tried to give him a CPR.
Charmed: The Power of Two (1999) [Judge Renault]: Stabbed Repeatdly with a pair of scissors by Jeff Kober's spirit as a revenge for sending him to the Gas Chamber several decades ago.
Criminal Minds: Legacy (2007) [Old Nate]: Tortured to death (off-screen) by Tahmus Rounds in Tahmus' secret lair; the scene ends just as Tahmus begins the murder.
Fear the Walking Dead: Pilot (2015) [Old Man]: Dies of old age in the hospital.
