Alligator (1980) [Mayor]: Eaten by the Alligator, while begging Dean Jagger to let him in his limo, after being locked out.
Sexpot (1988) [Cal Farnsworth]: Crushed to death when Scott Bergold throws a mattress at him from a balcony, when Scott was aiming for Ruth Collins. (Played for comic effect.)

Hawaii Five-O: Try to Die on Time (1973) [Harry Foxton]: Killed (off-screen) by medical overdose; Fred Beir kidnapped him at gunpoint and forced him to take a suicide pill that he had been saving for later; Carter's body is later found in his car off the side of a road.
Burke's Law: Who Killed the Host at the Roast? (1994) [Danny Duke]: Electrocuted after Gavin MacLeod tampered with the black box connected to the microphone during a comedy performance.
The Ren And Stimpy Show: Galoot Wranglers (1995; animated) [Wilbur Cobb]: Dies of a heart attack while talking to Ren and Stimpy (both voiced by Billy West), after he tells them that if his story wasn't true then he would die on that spot, his body then falls into the campfire. (Played for comic effect.)
Monk: Mr. Monk Buys a House (2008) [Joseph Moody]: Pushed down a flight of stairs by Katherine Kendall (after she first pulls his wheelchair up the stairs), after he refuses to tell her when he had hidden the money he had stolen 40 years earlier.
King of the Hill: Serves Me Right for Giving General George S. Patton the Bathroom Key (2009) [Irwin Linker]: Died offscreen of unspecified causes.
Shameless: Simple Pleasures (2014) [Stan Kopchek]: Dies of a heart attack (off-screen); his body is discovered by Steve Howey.
