Centurion (2010) [Thax]: Choked to death by Michael Fassbender at the end of a fight.
The Avengers (2012) [James Montgomery Falsworth]: Whilst JJ does not appear in the film, there is a deleted scene which shows Chris Evans looking through records and viewing a page which lists him as having died (presumably of old age/natural causes), at some point since the 1940's events played out in Captain America: The First Avenger.
Not Safe for Work (2014) [Killer]: Shot in the chest with his own gun by Christian Clemenson; he dies afterwards while talking to Max Minghella.

Turn Washington's Spies: Trial and Execution (2016) [Major John Andre]: After being captured by colonial militiamen out of uniform, JJ is found guilty by a military tribunal, and is executed by hanging for espionage.
