- Saw III (2006) [Troy]: Killed in an explosion after failing to escape from Shawnee Smith's chain trap before the nail bomb in front of him detonated.
- Last Shift (2014) [Patrick Black]: Either commits suicide by hanging himself or is hanged by the ghosts (off-screen); his body is shown when Juliana Harkavy discovers him. He appears as a ghost to Juliana before she finds his body.
