- Dance of the Dead (2008) [Mitch Cutter]: Head torn off off-screen by zombie. His severed head was shown to Greyson Chadwick seconds later. Later he appears as a zombie holding its own head to see what's around him, and the head was smashed with a bat by Greyson Chadwick.
