- Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997) [Cyrax/Scorpion/Noob Saibot]: Playing three roles, "Cyrax", a cybernetic ninja, is burned to death when Sandra Hess blow kisses him some flammable powder. His body self-destructs shortly after, destroying the building as Sandra and Lynn "Red" Williams escape. "Noob Saibot" is presumably beaten to death by Lynn as he and John Medlen were tag-teaming Sandra. "Scorpion" survives the film.
- Spartan (2004) [Bodyguard #2]: Shot to death by Val Kilmer.
