- Ruthless People (1986) [Bedroom Killer]: Accidentally falls down the stairs after trying to stab Judge Reinhold. His body is later used as a decoy to cover Judge’s escape.
- Miller's Crossing (1990) [Eddie Dane]: Shot in the back of the head by Jon Polito, while J.E. is crawling away after Jon hits him on the head with a shovel. (Thanks to Tim and Matt)
- Alien: Resurrection (1997) [Dr. Mason Wren]: Impaled through the head when an alien bursts out of Leland Orser's chest while Leland is holding J.E. in front of himself. (Thanks to Wen)
