Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) [Jamie Lloyd]: Impaled through the back and out the stomach on a farm tilling machine after being choke-slammed onto the machine’s blades by her uncle (A. Michael Lerner) in the barn — the machine then proceeds to rip J.C.’s abdomen apart when Michael turns it on. There is an alternate version of her death in the infamous Producer's Cut of the film, in which she is non-fatally stabbed in the stomach with a kitchen knife by Michael (George P. Wilbur), but is later shot in the temple with a silenced pistol by Mitch Ryan while she's asleep in the hospital. (Note: She replaces Danielle Harris in the role as teenage Jamie).
Devil in the Flesh (Dearly Devoted) (1998) [Janie Magray]: Shot in the head with a shotgun by Rose McGowan, who switches clothes with her, so that J.C.'s unrecognizable body will be mistaken for Rose's own.

Silk Stalkings: School of Hard Rock (1994) [Kelly Henderson]: Shot to death by Shaun Duke in her attempt to protect Kendrick Hughes.
Boomtown: The Love of Money (2003) [Officer Chandler]: Shot in the back (along with her partner) by Rebecca De Mornay, after arriving at the scene of a jewel heist.
CSI: Viva Las Vegas (2004) [Nicole 'Raven' Richards]: Trips and hits her head on a poker.
Femme Fatales: Behind Locked Doors: Part 2 (2011) [Maxine]: Accidentally stabbed in her stomach as Kit Willesee pushed her towards Will Poston who was holding a shiv. Will then violently stabbed several times on her chest after Kit had urged him to kill J.C.
