Film Deaths[]

Payback (2003) [Maya/Rachel]: Playing a dual role, "Rachel” is beaten with the handbag by Uma Thurman (who is impersonating as Uma's character). "Maya" survives the movie. (The film really doesn't confirm whether or not the blow was supposed to be fatal (as if she was just out cold), but it'll be listed in case).
In Her Shoes (2005) [Caroline]: Dies of bipolar disorder.
Casino Royale (2006) [Valenka]: Shot to death off-screen along with the rest of Mads Mikkelsen's henchmen by Jesper Christensen; her body is not shown, but it's established that everyone on the boat except for Daniel Craig and Eva Green was killed.
Running Scared (2006) [Mila]: Commits suicide by causing an explosion after turning on the gas in her home. The scene cuts away just as she is about to light her cigarette lighter; we hear the explosion from next door, then see the wreckage when Vera Farmiga and Alex Neuberger run out to see what happened (with her son, Cameron Bright screaming outside).
The Howling: Reborn (2011) [Kathryn Kidman]: In her werewolf form, her heart was ripped out by Lindsey Shaw who was also in werewolf form. She reverts back to human after death.

Hawaii Five-0: Ohana (2010) [Nadia Lukovic]: Caught in a propane tank explosion.
Strike Back: Vendetta: Part 10 (2020) [Arianna Demachi]: Shot in her forehead by Jamie Bamber.
The 100: A Little Sacrifice (2020) [Charmaine Diyoza]: Crystallized by the bioweapon Gen-9.
