- Kiss of the Vampire (Kiss of Evil) (1963) [Tania]: Bitten to death (along with the other vampires) when a colony of bats, invoked in a magic ritual by Clifford Evans, attacks the vampires' ceremony.
- David Copperfield (1969) [Clara Copperfield]: Dies shortly after childbirth. (I haven' seen this version but I'm fairly familiar with the story.)
- Twins of Evil (The Gemini Twins; Twins of Dracula) (1971) [Ingrid Hoffer]: Bitten on the throat (off-screen) by a vampire, Madeleine Collinson; her body is shown afterwards when Peter Cushing carries her into the school in inform her brother (David Warbeck).
