Film Deaths[]

Battle of Britain (1969) [Mrs. Andy]: Killed (off-screen) with her children in a bombing raid by the Germans in a London church. We learn of their deaths when Ian McShane returns from rescuing people trapped in the rubble to see the church already gutted by the fire.
Taste the Blood of Dracula (1970) [Lucy Paxton]: Bitten on the throat by Christopher Lee, resulting in her being turned into a vampire. Isla dies a second time when she is bitten once again by Christopher, who drains her blood in the woods. Her body is shown again later on when her brother (Anthony Higgins) discovers her in the lake and carries her to the shore.

Taggart: Hellfire (1994) [Lavinia Martin]: Dies of a heart attack (off-screen) when Greg Wise laces her nightcap with barbiturates to render her unconscious before injecting her with an overdose of insulin.
