- Orphan (2009) [Esther]: Neck snapped when Vera Farmiga kicks her in the head after Isabelle grabs Vera's leg as Vera climbs out of the icy water following an underwater struggle with Isabelle. (Isabelle was playing an a character much older than herself who had not aged). (Thanks to Andrew)
- The Hunger Games (2012) [Clove]: Head bashed repeatedly against a steel wall by Dayo Okeniyi, as Jennifer Lawrence looks from below. (Thanks to Tommy and Andrew)
TV Deaths:
- Adventue Time; The Vault (2013; animated) [Shoko]: Playing a previous incarnation of Finn (voiced by Jeremy Shada) from far in the past, she is seen dying from a mutation/poisoning after falling into Princess bubblegum's (voiced by Hyden Walch) moat; her death is shown as Finn's hypnotic vision and she appears later on in the episode as a ghost to Finn.
