• Sliders: Obsession (1997) [The Prime Oracle]: Dies (off-screen) of a cerebral hemorrhage he was able to predict earlier in the episode.

• South Park: The Return of Chef (2006; animated) [Chef]: Mauled to death by both a mountain lion and a bear after falling from a suspension bridge and being impaled on a tree branch.
