The Vampire Lovers (1970) [Carmilla 'Mircalla' Karnstein]: Stabbed in the chest with a wooden stake by Peter Cushing as she lies in her coffin.
The House That Dripped Blood (1971) [Carla]: Spirit presumably 'destroyed', when the magic cloak turns her into a vampire, and she still remains a vampire many years later when John Bennett visits the tomb. (I don't know if this'll count as a death scene but just list it in case).
Countess Dracula (1971) [Countess Elizabeth Nodosheen]: Possibly executed (off-screen) along with Nigel Green and Patience Collier, we only see them waiting in their cell and the executioner coming.
Who Dares Win (1982) [Helga]: Shot twice in the head by an SAS agent. (Thanks to Colin and Bill)
Wild Geese II (1985) [Hooker]: Shot in the chest and in her left breast by Scott Glenn after she pulls a gun on him. She dies on the hood of a car.
Sea of Dust (2008) [Anna]: Stabs herself in the stomach while under Tom Savini's control as Troy Holland watches in horror.

Doctor Who: The Time Monster (1972) [Queen Galleia]: Drowned (off-screen) in the sinking of Atlantis. (Thanks to PortsGuy)
Doctor Who: Warriors of the Deep (1984) [Dr. Solow]: Electrocuted by the Myrka when she tries to fight her way past it in the corridor.
