Frank Penny is a disgraced cop looking for a shot at redemption (following a use of unneeded use of lethal force). He may just get it when a kidnapped girl turns out to be a police chief's own daughter. Unfortunately the only one who knows the exact location of said captive has been slain. So now a race against time to get to her before her other vengeful captors cut their losses and execute their hostage.
