- Jurassic World: Chaos Theory:Reunion (2024) [Dr. Sarr]: Corrupted or eaten by genetically modified Bryonyx and Atrociraptor after Dichen Lachman turned them towards him and he failed trying to control them. Lachman seen him killed as watches from screen. the death of Dr. Sarr

- Mass Effect 3 (2012) [Javik/Vendetta]: Depending on the player's actions prior to the climactic assault on Earth, "Javik" can perish when Keith Szarabajka opens fire, but only if the player takes him with them during the final mission and only if the player hasn't built up enough war-assets; if "Javik" was not picked as a squad member, he can also die off-screen in the "Destroy" ending when Seth Green crashes the Normandy II - once again, only if the war assets weren't at sufficient levels; he can also die in the "Refusal" ending when the Reapers wipe out all sentient life in the galaxy; he can also commit suicide after the events of the game if the player convinced him to view the Prothean shard; "Vendetta" presumably shuts down after running out of power after the events of the game.
- Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath (2020) [Shao Kahn]: Soul sucked by Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa alongside Mara Junot after being beaten by him in battle.
- Mortal Kombat 1 (2023) [General Shao/Dark Shao/Multiverse Shao]: In a triple role as General Shao in Matthew Yang King's newly created timeline, his dark doppleganger and a multiverse General Shao that the player can choose during the "Armageddon" chapter, Soul sucked by Alan Lee and Sean T. Krishnan at the end of a battle with Alan in order to shut down portals that Alan's doppelganger is attempting to open. (The General Shao from Matthew's timeline and the multiverse General Shao survive the game.)
