Film Deaths
- Dead Man (1995) [Salvatore 'Sally' Jenko]: Shot in the chest when Gary Farmer's rifle accidentally goes off just as Iggy is aiming his own gun at Gary. (Iggy is in drag for this role.)
- The Crow: City of Angels (1996) [Curve]: Mortally wounded when Vincent Pérez shoots his motorcycle, causing it to explode and throwing Iggy off. Vincent pulls his body into a river and allows him to float downstream to his death while parishioners form a crow-shaped border around him with flower petals.
- Suck (2009) [Victor]: Throat accidentally slashed by Rob Stefaniuk's fingernails when Rob lashes out at Iggy during an argument.
- The Dead Don't Die (2019) [Coffee Zombie]: Dies offscreen sometime before the events of the film, where he plays a zombie.
Television Deaths
- Mr. Pickles: Where Is Mr. Pickles? (2014; animated) [Texas Red]: Decapitated and disemboweled (off-screen) by the evil dog; his body is shown afterwards when his cohort (Sean Conroy) discovers him. (Played for comic effect.)
